  FAC.P1 The district has an updated long-range facilities master plan, including a demographic study, a five-year capital facilities plan and cost estimates.              
  FAC.P2 All school administrators should be thoroughly familiar with the California Department of Education, Civil Defense and Disaster Planning Guide for School Officials, 1972.              
  FAC.P3 The governing board and administrator should be familiar with the California Department of Education, Facilities Planning and Construction, 1991.
