FCMAT has established 2 new online information resource that CBOs can use to share information -- the FCMAT-COE-BIZ Mailing List, and the FCMAT-DO-BIZ Mailing List.
Great. But what's a Mailing List?
Mailing Lists are mailing lists devoted to specific topics. Email that is sent to a mailing list is automatically forwarded to each member. Simply send your email to the mailing list and it will be forwarded to all members of the group. Other members can respond to your email by using the reply function on their email program.

How do I become a member?
If you are a county office CBO, you are already a member. If you are a district office CBO, send an email to <majordomo@kern.org> with the following command in the body of your email message:

How do I end my membership?
If you ever want to remove yourself from either Mailing List, email <majordomo@kern.org> with the following command in the body of your email message:

It is hoped that this mailing list will become a trusted method of sharing information among you and your colleagues.
The FCMAT-COE-BIZ Mailing List will support county office chief business officials. It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to 59 members: the CBO from each of the 58 county offices of education in the state of California, and Tom Henry, FCMAT Chief Administrative Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted. This information sharing resource will enhance communications between county office CBOs.

It is a free, confidential, and secure method to share information, letters, messages, and file attachments with other members of the mailing list. Membership will be restricted to school district chief business officials, and Tom Henry, FCMAT Chief Administrative Officer. Members can send and receive comments and feedback to and from other mailing list members. Non members will not be able to see the information that is posted. This information sharing resource will enhance communications between district office CBOs.
