Grant Proposal Development WorkshopIn this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to plan, create and execute winning grant proposals. Part I is an intensive two-day seminar that will provide students with the chance to develop a project, write a proposal and manage the funded program. Participants in Part I will have the opportunity to return for Part II, a follow-up workshop to further review their grant funding proposal drafts. Each attendee will receive personal attention and suggestions for proposal improvement.

Leadership LabLeadership Lab involves three days of assessment for those in front-line supervisory positions. For the more experienced manager or executive with greater responsibility, the lab offers four full days, with added emphasis on assessment. The assessment center offers the following components: the assessment, a diagnostic profile, a development workshop, and an action plan.
