Intensive seminars plus application consulting and follow-up workshops are offered. They are designed for various levels in the organization.

The Basics-TQM/SPC: This five-day seminar emphasizes the techniques of statistical process control and integration of management and team concepts. Afterwards the seminar participants receive application assistance from IQWP faculty as they implement one or more quality tools at their work site.
